Heal Your Nervous System

A healing-centered wellness guide devoted to nervous system regulation through Ayurvedic wellness, skincare, oracle guidance, movement therapy, affirmations and intentional self-restoration.

What is an Oracle Reading?

An oracle reading is a reflective, intuitive practice that uses symbolic guidance to support clarity, self-awareness, and emotional understanding.

Unlike traditional analytical approaches, oracle readings work through symbolism, intuition, and energetic reflection. The purpose is not to tell you what will happen, but to help you understand what is currently active within you—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

About My Work

My work is rooted in the nervous system—how we hold stress, emotion, memory, and survival patterns in the body, and how we gently return to safety, presence, and wholeness.

I am a prophetic dreamer and seer, and this gift has shaped the way I perceive both the seen and unseen layers of human experience. Over time, it naturally guided me into the holistic and healing arts, where intuition, embodiment, and nervous system awareness meet.

My purpose in this work was born from lived experience. After repeated trauma, I experienced a complete nervous system collapse one that forced me to slow down and rebuild my relationship with my body from the ground up. What followed was not a quick healing, but a long process of remembering safety, regulation, and self-trust.

Through my own healing, I experienced what I can only describe as a spiritual unfolding. My connection to God deepened, and I began to understand my intuitive and prophetic gifts in a new way. As I healed my nervous system, my spiritual perception also expanded bringing clarity, sensitivity, and discernment into greater alignment.

This journey has not positioned me as “fully healed,” but as actively devoted. I do not believe healing is a final destination. It is an ongoing relationship. We remain students of our own becoming.

In this season of my life, I am learning to allow the student and the teacher within me to exist in alignment. I offer this work not from completion, but from lived experience, reverence for the body, and devotion to healing as a lifelong practice.

My intention is to support others in gently returning to their nervous system, their intuition, and their inner steadiness so they can begin to hear themselves more clearly again.

Five Stages of Healing “A.R.I.S.E”

Awareness

You begin to notice your patterns instead of being fully controlled by them. This is the moment of clarity, where the body’s signals and emotional cycles become visible without judgment.

Responsibility

You begin to take gentle ownership of your responses without shame. Not blame, but awareness with agency. You start interrupting survival patterns and choosing differently, even in small ways.

Integration

Healing becomes embodied. You work with the body through breath, grounding, emotional release, and physical movement. Regulation becomes something you practice, not just understand.

Softening

You learn to meet yourself with softness instead of correction. You stop relating to healing as perfection and begin relating to it as rhythm, compassion, and return.

Embodiment

Embodiment is the process of bringing awareness out of the mind and into the lived experience of the body.

It is the practice of feeling yourself from the inside, rather than analyzing yourself from the outside.

In nervous system work, embodiment is where insight becomes real change. It is not just understanding what you are feeling—it is noticing how it shows up physically: in your breath, your posture, your tension, your energy, and your capacity to be present.

Embodiment looks like:

  • noticing sensations in the body without rushing to change them

  • allowing breath to deepen without forcing it

  • feeling emotions as movement rather than story

  • recognizing when your system is activated, shut down, or at ease

  • returning again and again to presence, even in small moments

It is not about performing calm or achieving a “regulated state.” It is about building a relationship with your body where it feels safe enough to communicate honestly.

Over time, embodiment shifts healing from something you think about into something you live through.

In The ARISE Framework, embodiment is the bridge between awareness and integration—the point where understanding becomes lived experience, and the nervous system begins to trust your presence again.

  • "The integration guidance was so gentle but powerful. I left feeling calmer, more grounded, and honestly more like myself again."
